Development & (school, college, department)

本校秉持「勤毅誠樸」之校訓,因應國家發展動向與社會環境變遷,擬定發展「創新導向優質產業科技大學」為願景與定位,以學生學習為本,制定「專業知能、人文素養、社會關懷與國際視野」四大教育目標,提升學生「表達溝通能力、創意創新能力、關懷服務能力、思考推理能力、專業實務能力、宏觀視野能力」等六大核心能力之基本素養。本校配合區域產業技術需求,致力於「工具機產業技術」與「綠能科技技術」二大特色之發展,以本校既有技術導向之工程與電資學院為基礎,配合管理與文創學院之創新設計實力,落實以「工具機與綠能科技產業為體,工程電資為用,管理人文為本」之跨領域整合,透過系所本位課程之規劃與執行,並充實教師務與研究能力,經由 PDCA 之檢核機制,培育業界所需德術兼備優質人才,進而使本校成為「產業最佳夥伴」。

With the school motto “Diligence, Perseverance, Integrity and Simplicity” and based on the development of the country and the changes in the social environment, the NCUT has established the educational objectives –professional knowledge, humanistic value, social care and international perspectives, in hopes of enhancing the students’ six core abilities for “communication, creative innovation, care service, thinking and reasoning, professional practice and macro perspectives”, and developing an “innovation-oriented quality university of industrial technology”. To meet the technical requirements for the regional industry, the NCUT is committed to the development of the two major characteristics – “industrial technology for machines and tools,” and “green energy technology”. Based on the technology-oriented College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and in line with innovative design abilities of College of Management and College of Humanities and Creativity, the NCUT intends to effectuate the cross-disciplinary integration by“applying engineering and computer science to the machine tooland green energy technologyindustry based on humanities”. Through the planning and execution of primary courses of each department and the enhancement of teaching and research abilities, the NCUT cultivates students to become talents with essential abilities and morality required in the industry and further makes the NCUT become the “best partner of the industry”.

本系透過系課程委員會及系務會議進行訂定與檢討教育目標,分別訂定大學部及碩士班教育目標如下:

1.【日間部學士班部分Bachelor’s program provided in Day Division

大學部教育目標為培育大學部學生具有下列四項能力:

Feature

本所發展特色,係配合當前國家整體經濟發展與企業經營之實際需要,尤以培養中小企業實用管理人才為宗旨。朝經營與資源規劃、財務與金融管理、行銷與電子商務相關領域方向發展,課程規劃著重於培養學生未來就業能力與態度,五項核心課程為生產管理、行銷管理、人力資源管理、研究與發展管理及財務管理,以奠定學生紮實的專業知識基礎。除注重專業知識講授外,本所定期邀請企業界知名人士、國內外學者和各大企業管理顧問公司人員蒞臨演講。並加強學生溝通、協調、企劃、研究進修等能力;本所亦與多家企業簽約執行建教合作、產業實習等產學合作方案,提供學生參觀見習與寒暑假實習之機會;並與國外學校合作,培養具備國際觀的人才。

The development characteristics of the Department are designed in line with the actual needs of the country’s overall economic development and business operation, especially for the purpose of cultivating management talents for small and medium enterprises. The Department is developing toward business and resource planning, finance and financial management, marketing and e-commerce. The curriculum planning focuses on development of students’ future employment ability and attitude. The five core courses are production management, marketing management, human resource management, research and development management and financial management, to have students obtainthe solid foundation of professional knowledge. The Department not only emphasizes professional knowledge, but also invites well-known people from the industry, domestic and foreign scholars, and major directors from large enterprises and management and consultation companies periodically to give speeches at the Department. The Department also strengthens students’ ability for communication, coordination, planning and research training, andenters into contracts with a number of companies for industry-university cooperation programs andcorporate internships, providing students with opportunities to visit enterprises and participate in internships in winters and summers. It also cooperates with overseas colleges to cultivate students to become talents with international perspectives.
